These may be offered to patients requiring regular medication. Please use the request slip provided. Prescription requests can be left in the box by the door to our surgery area. Telephone requests cannot be accepted because of the risk of transcription errors and also this would block the telephone lines for more urgent incoming calls. Please allow at least 48 hours before collection or provide an SAE for return.
If you wish to order prescriptions on-line you will need to register for this service with reception.
A local chemist is always open until 7:00pm. Please ask the receptionist for details. Sainsbury’s Pharmacy in Kiln Lane closes at 10:00pm and Lloyds Pharmacy in Tolworth closes at 11:00pm. Please see local papers for the Sunday and public holiday rota.
This is available for patients who prefer to drop off their prescription request at their local chemist or who wish their new prescription to be sent directly to the chemist, rather than collecting it in person. Please allow 72 hours before collection of your dispensed prescription directly from the pharmacy. The following pharmacies participate in this scheme:
