Nurses
We have two practice nurses, one health care assistants working in the surgery.
You will need to book an appointment to see them. They are able to help with many problems including travel immunisations, routine vaccinations, dressings, stitch removal, blood tests and blood pressure checks.
Susan Grant
Provides patient care in all areas of general nursing including wound management, phlebotomy,child immunisations, and womens health offering cervical cytology.
Specialises in Asthma, respiratory health and Diabetes.
Denise Trigg
Provides patient care in all areas of general nursing including wound management, childhood immunisations, women’s health offering cervical cytology and travel vaccinations.
Specialises in diabetes, asthma and respiratory health care and infection control.
Health Care Assistants
Sandra Bown
Provides patient care in many areas of general nursing including wound management, phlebotomy, and some immunisations.
Community Midwives
If you have a positive pregnancy test. We ask you to self refer to Epsom & St Helier Hospital by visiting their site at www.epsom-sthelier.nhs.uk/pregnancy-self-referral-form-epsom. They will arrange your antenatal care and appointments to see the midwives.
They work in partnership with the GPs, providing the care you require during your pregnancy and following the delivery of your baby.

Community Nurses
District nurses are attached to each surgery; they only visit the housebound and provide general nursing care in the community for these patients.

Health Visitors
A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.
