At Spring Street Surgery we understand that the health needs of our patients increases as they get older and we are commited to supporting our patients with their health and social care needs.

If you or someone you know needs help with day to day living this social care and support guide will explain your options and where you  can get support.

We have wheelchair access through the main entrance at Bourne Hall Health Centre and wider corridors which are wheelchair friendly. If you don't have access to your own wheelchair but you will require one we are able to lend you ours whilst you are visiting the surgery. Your carer will just need to ask at reception.

We understand that many of our older patients may rely on someone regularly to help them manage with normal daily activities. Further information can be found on our carers page.
