Cardiovascular disease risk screening

Patients are entitled to have cardiovascular risk screening under the NHS every 5 years from the age of 40. This comprises a blood test followed by an appointment with a GP or practice nurse once the results are available. We will calculate your level of health risk and recommend changes to reduce that risk.
